Verify your identity using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), such as UPI PIN and device binding.

Send transaction confirmations, notifications, and promotional offers (you can opt out of marketing communications).With Banks and NPCI: To process transactions, your data is shared with your bank, the recipient’s bank, and NPCI, which operates the UPI platform.

Usage: Voice data is processed in real-time to execute commands. We do not store or share your voice recordings.
User Control: Access to the microphone is optional and requires your explicit consent. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.
Purpose: Allows users to scan QR codes for UPI payments and upload images for profile customization
Usage: The camera is activated only when you choose to scan a QR code or upload a photo. We do not access or store images without your consent.

Purpose: Enables users to upload documents or images from their device for transaction verification or profile updates.
Usage: Access is limited to the files you select for upload. We do not access other files or media on your device.

Encryption: All transactions and data transfers are secured using industry-standard encryption protocols.
Two-Factor Authentication: We use UPI PIN and device binding to ensure only you can authorize transactions.

Limited Data Storage: We retain transaction data only as long as necessary to comply with legal and regulatory requirements (typically 5 years as per RBI guidelines).
Despite these measures, no system is entirely foolproof. While we strive to protect your data, you should also exercise caution, such as not sharing your UPI PIN with anyone.
